The 0 splats and HP bar look a bit strange right now, but I'm sure I'll like them a lot better once I get used to them. Nothing special about this update, but small things need to be done too.

I only use my SGS when constantly praying (Bork, GWD, bloodveld, dark beasts etc) because of its prayer bonus, and at waterfiends. Otherwise I use my whip because its speed advantage causes more impact than the power advantage of the godswords. The accuracy advantage only really helps against high level enemies. Sure, it's more exciting to hit high, but it's more frustrating to wait ages between the attacks, in my opinion. Though, the saradomin sword is a weapon i really don't like. It's just a two-handed whip with a crush option, so I see no situation where it's useful, except at waterfiends. The godsword actually has a few advantages over the whip. I usually train strength whenever I use my SGS and when using whip, I usually fight with the controlled attack style.

Absolutely correct. Junk is basically just another currency, which can still be used as regular money except you can't use them in stores and some people don't accept them as money. If I don't have any junk, and want to lend an expensive item for 100k, I first have to buy 40k worth of junk to be able to receive 100k, and the 40k worth of junk cost me... 40k! Surprise! So, basically, I'm offering 40k and a loan for 100k. 100k - 40k is 60k, so I'm basically only receiving 60k. If an item has a way higher street value than its GE value, the only way to fix it is to adjust the GE prices and the formula for how it calculates the price. I agree that GE should take all offers into account (not only completed offers). Junk is money in disguise.

They will probably keep releasing new equippable items as rewards for completing achievement diaries, but the problem is that there will probably be more achievement diaries than equipment slots, so after you've gotten a "complete set" of achievement diary rewards, there will still be more achievement diaries to complete. I actually hope for an AD cape, that trims the quest cape/is trimmed if you have the quest cape. I agree that the achievement diariers might be a little too easy to get such a reward from, but anyway.

I think there will be platelegs rewards for the desert diary since there is a platelegs shop in al-kharid. There is a shield reward for falador, where there is also a shield shop, and a platebody reward for varrock, where there is also a platebody shop. It makes sense. If we ever get a weapon as a reward, I think it will be from the wilderness one.

Aberrant spectres without a doubt. I can use a cannon and still have a chance to make a tiny profit. I use roughly 1k cannonballs and only 1-2 prayer potions per task and get about 10-15 ranarrs, and hopefully a few snapdragon seeds, lava battlestaves and rune full helms.

I use a quide almost all the time because I'm mainly interested in the rewards, and I also like being efficient. Although, when there are puzzles in the quest, I usually try to solve them on my own because I think it's fun.

I got 20 nature runes today from a mystery box, and I think that's the most valuable item(s) I've ever gotten from one. Even though you get rewards worth only a few gp very often, I still think that picking a mystery box gives you more valuable items in the long run. However, I'd pick the mystery box any day whether this was true or not. The element of surprise alone is worth way more than 1k to me.

I think that RuneScape has taught me some useful facts, but it also made me worse at typing correctly. Being from Sweden, I have to type some words spelled incorrectly on purpose just because the original words get blocked by the filter. Some examples are "[bleep]" (end), "bra" (good) and "fick" (got). I have to type "slouth", "b4r4" and "fhick" instead. I often find myself saying the incorrectly spelled versions on Im applications where there are no filters whatsoever. Also, when i Started playing RS, you were unable to type å, ä and ö. But after the engine update (just before POHs came), JaGEx changed this, and I'm so thankful they did. I don't want to think about what would happen otherwise.

Yes, I have one tab that is filled with such items, plus watch , sextant and chart. The biggest problem with these is not their value, but rather the amount of bankspace they take up.

I also think that clues should be rarer, and the rewards better. It makes you waste less time but makes them worth doing when you actually get them. I want to feel excited when I get a clue drop, which I don't do. Normally, I do all my clues shortly after I recieve them, just because I know I CAN get a third age item, but I doubt they are actually worth doing.

I always pick up all charms I get, and I see no reason not to do it unless you're 99 summoning. Picking up a charm takes like 2 seconds extra, and a rate of 1 charm per two seconds is just amazing. Even if you intend not to train summoning, picking up charms would still be worth it, because you could change your mind later. If you train slayer and combat for a year or two without picking up charms, and then suddenly regret not picking them up, there is no way you can get charms back again at such a fast rate.

I would never give any stuff "back" to someone unless I was 100% sure that he was the very person who lost the stuff, which would be the case if I saw him dying.

If you would do slayer all the way up to 99 the regular way(s), even if you use magic and/or ranged, you will most likely hit 99 hp before 99 slayer. You could always cannon everything you can until like 1k from 99 ranged and get 1k xp away from 99 in atk, str, def, hp and magic, and you might succeed in getting an untrimmed slayer cape. It would be a tough challenge though.

I just checked through all people with 99 slayer (100-115 something people) on highscores, and everyone of them had at least one other skill at 99. In fact, most of them had their atk, str, def and hp maxed. So does this mean... There are no untrimmed slayer capes? Then you could call it very rare......

The slash bonus is only for when using whip. You are right that the slash bonus doesn't help when using d dagger, but using stab style with it is sill more accurate than using slash style with d dagger. I still prefer the proselyte helm waaaay over warrior or berserker helm.

And as for that ^. I added my answer to that as well. Which is simply that the Tiny Elf Crystal is also a great choice for metal dragons not only because its a one inventory space teleport, but also because it's a one-click teleport. Since the new lumby teleport doesn't work during combat you won't be able to use it for emergencies, like if you're out of food and prayer and get dangerously low on hitpoints on your last drag. With the elf crystal you just click it and you're safe. But with this new one you would have to run away until you found a safe place to teleport. If you stay there for a while, they will unlikely be aggressive anymore when you need to tele out. Then you CAN use the free lumbridge teleport. But the crystal is also good since it's faster and it also tele's you close to an altar like lumbridge teleport. And for the zammy brews... It's probably not worth getting zammy brews just for this. It's just that I had 80 zammy brews(4) from when I got 78 herblore and I found no other good use of it. The auto-hp recovery every minute covers the hp loss from when you drink it.

Yea, the new armor should definetely be good there. If you are not doing these for slayer or simply don't have a black mask, I'd say the +4 prayer bonus from proselyte helm is more useful than the +5 slash from warrior helm. I prefer bringing my own steel axes (got around 30 of them in bank) which i get from killing greaters and lessers mainly, and drop them once I arrive at the metal dragons. If you got no axes, you can always kill 5-6 bronze drags, pick up the bars and smith them into axes. Another thing I use at metal dragons is zamorak brews. They raise your attack slightly more than a super attack, and your strength by about the same as a regular strength potion. The defence and hp loss doesn't affect me much since I use protect from melee at all times. They also sometimes restore your prayer by 10%. EDIT: Since a prayer potion restores one more prayer point for every four prayer levels, you should suggest prayer levels divisible by 4. Do not feel like your guide is bad just because I am suggesting so many things, it is indeed VERY good. But hey, anything, even the best guides can improve. Seems like I won't get any more metal dragon tasks cause I reached 85 slayer a while ago. I'll try them without blk mask in the future, I really need d legs or skirt as a drop.

I also got a d chain after about 450-500 kills, not to mention, all dusties killed was when doing slayer assignments.
