August 6, 200619 yr I think theres just 1 blood rune respawn in the wilderness and that would probably take forever to respawn. You could get some from a chest, but you need 59 thieving to open it. However I find killing bloodvelds drop tons of blood runes. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
August 6, 200619 yr Yep, monster drops are the easiest for them probably. I tend to get a fair few from the silver shade chests too though, so if you burn shades, namely Fiyrs, then it's another good way to get them.
