August 6, 200619 yr best defence would be to use torags chest and legs, and replace the obby shield with a rune defender as that gives good defence and great attack bonuses to get a max on a whip to 125+slash bonus(using a warrior helm aswell). You could also replace the berserker items with warriors for accuracy depending on your stats, which ever needs the greater boost.

By the way, list was updated.

August 7, 200619 yr Author Rune kite give better melee defense than obby. Obsidian shield however gives a strength bonus of five,which brings me to the question: Rune Defender or Obsidian Shield?
August 7, 200619 yr Author You got to pay a lot for crystal shield though, don't you? I'd rather get something that you don't have to keep refilling from time to time.
