Obby Shield as of release of Rune Defenders, are completely obsolete apart from ranged def (and even then the +5 str isnt even relavent there, thus making Granite shield better than obby shield in that sense). For the record : the defence of Obby Shield are 40/43/38/0/65 Defenders are 20/19/18/-2/-3. Now would you sacrifice 20 out of 120 slash bonus for a 20/300 crush defence bonus, which the Black demon, and many other monster's attack are based on? I would be crazy if i did that, especially the monster in question is as high as Black Demon.
