June 24, 200422 yr hammer stake garlic get him down to low health and use stake Yeah, a lot of people try to use the stake first, but if you do, you'll just keep getting him down to low health, but I think he keeps re-appearing or he keeps getting his health back.. Yeah.. You have to use the stake at the very end.

July 17, 200719 yr He restores HP fast, so if you miss often or hit low, getting the KO can be difficult. With 15/15/13 and black, it might be possible, yes, it can be done, but it's a slow fight compared to 20/20 & mithril weapon. The count also dies pretty well to level 20 range, willow bow and iron arrows (rapid), though you still end up being hit as there is no usable cover.
