It was an update by Jagex.... And i forget what monster you kill for them. Sorry...

 

 

 

But it chops one log faster then rune i beleive. So it's honestly not a good deal.

2. In woodcutting terms, Rune Axe and Dragon Axe are prefectly identical except their looks. In weapon terms, D axe has a special attack. The price on the item is purely caused by rarity rather than praticality.
