Where's the best F2P spot to mine coal besides the mining guild?

Lumbridge swamps is the best it has the most coal and the least amount of players but it is a bit of a walk and the higher levels that can't get into the mining guild go there.

but its so frigin far. I would go to the coal mine in the wild, ya the skelitons are anoying, but im lev 72 so they bearly scrach me, i just ignore them and mine. it depends on your combat lev
