August 16, 200619 yr I see every day some threads that doesn't belong to general P2P forum, my suggestion is to make sticky about that all questions belongs to help and advice, who supports?
August 18, 200619 yr If someone isnt willing to read the forum descriptions and the 2000+ posts that say to post all questions in Help and Advice , do you think they are going to read a sticky ? It's been tried and failed over and over, some people are just totally ignorant to the rules. I like to fart silently but deadly in movie theatersArd Choille says (11:41 PM):I wouldn't dare tell you what to do m'dear
August 18, 200619 yr Some people will not bother reading the rules no matter how prominent they are. For people like that there is no hope on the forums, and likely in life. Also, why did you bump a post that was still on the first page? Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
August 18, 200619 yr Author Because it was over a day old. I'm sorry about that. I promise it won't happen again.
August 21, 200619 yr There is very little point in posting a sticky saying what you can and cant post. The list would be massive. 99 Woodcutting goal: Complete! :D
August 25, 200619 yr What do you guys think about the idea of shifting Help & Advice up two positions so it's above the General Forums. Do you think that would prevent any of the misplaced questions? - - My deviantART Page - -
August 25, 200619 yr Author That's a great idea. I think I know how people confuses. Some threads belonging to General P2P has a question mark at the end of the thread's title. That's what could confuse them. Ard_Choille, I think this a great idea. But it isn't gonna be good one without a puplic poll for 1 week. It might work. But the poll needs to have a yes and no, I'm not talking about a poll where people write yes and click submit I'm talking about a poll that's top of the page. (above the first post in the thread) Also, I don't wanna be a crew or a mod or anything. I don't have time for that. I will just use the report bottom.
August 28, 200619 yr I agree posts should be created in the right place. But I don't think peps will cooperate.
