WutangFlu
http://www.newegg.com Higher contrast ratio = good lower MS = good bigger the screen = higher the resolution go on that website, and find a nice 19'' one :) look at the reviews and look for 5 star rated products... you cant go wrong with newegg. The standard ratio for widescreen monitors is 16:
Cruiser
1000:1 ratio would be horrible, it would be like looking at a ruler. The standard ratio for widescreen monitors is 16:9 Contrast ratio has nothing to do with the width and height of the screen. The ratio of the brightest and darkest images a display can reproduce. As LP already said, the higher the contrast ratio the better. Also, even if you don't get a true widescreen monitor (16:9 as Evadek tryed to point out), a standard 19" LCD is still plenty large.

I sorta feel in love with the 19inch widescreen mag just never really heard of mag, and its from bestbuy so i think its a resonable source RSN: 1 day late | Private chat: On | 60 ATTACK | 81 STRENGTH | 72 HITPOINTS | | 80 MAGIC | 13 PRAYER | 1 DEFENSE | 65 COMBAT |

I agree with LP on this one. That monitor looks realy good. 5ms response time is above average and it's under $300 for a 19inch.
