You shouldn't look off of others people work, do your own and be original. References that are so close to each other are bad.

The thing is my friend, i try all styles, gaining experience, and at the end i will have my own.

Umm.. but if all you do is reference from other peoples work, you won't have your own style, it'll be a combination of two artists. Plain and simple, do your own stuff and don't reference. If you're going to reference, reference from real life, as that will give you the best result.

I use a reference from all the good pixel artists i know, and add a bit of my own style.
