DroolMAN has sorta done what you are looking for.

 

 

 

He has most RS game objects as of a few months ago.

 

If you added in the F2P stuff from the security stronghold then it is probably F2P complete.

Wait for the tip.it item database to go up. :). They might have a list there.

I find working your way through all the items obtained through skills, followed by all the items obtained by drops, all the items sold at shops, all the items obtained from spawns, followed by all the items obtained through random events, and lastly all items obtained from holidays pretty much covers all sources.

 

 

 

Work your way through the stats, and you should work it out after some painful checking.

What is the project that you need this exhaustive list for, just out of curiosity?
