Look at his hair, he's got some light hair underneath some dark. There's no shadow under his chin or nose either. Put that ear of his back on his head and get it off his neck. Eye pupils aren't usually in that position. Naturally. Overall, just decide which way the light is coming from and shade accordingly.

August 25, 200619 yr hmm the collar of shirt need some working. Or is that a armour plate? also add shading, it might be tricky but worths it. And with anatomy, his ears are placed wrong. Ears are in same line with nose in human anatomy. And well, his head is like a cube...
