New F2P Quest: Stopping Armegetton

Here the idea. Its a quest where all your defeated quest people from F2P come back and conpircize to destroy Varrock. Before I begin, I dont wanna here any of the nonsence that F2P shouldnt get a quest, because we kinda do and Jagex can easily make this P2P if they want to. You must have completed Black Knights Fortress, Demon Slayer, Dragon Slayer, Vampire Slayer, Prince Ali Rescue, The restless ghost, The shield of Arrav, Imp Catcher and Witches Potion

 

 

 

1. As you enter Varrock after the quest is released you notice a Armeggeton( sorry if spelled wrong)Preacher yelled out " The end is near" " all people run!!" "The Apocolypse starts now!!!" If you talk to him he simply states that the world will end and no one can stop it. Then you ask what can you do and he states that you might as well prepare for the end and talk to reldo if you want to know more.

 

2. After talking to reldo he states that the man is probaly insane and he need to be set striaght. AFter that you can smack the armegetton preacher. He reveals himself to be a jail guard )level 26) and attacks you.

 

3. After killing the jail guard he drops bones as usual and a note. You read the note and it says "We need to start the plan. Tell all the people about the end to increase tension. Kill (your name here), he always meddles with all of us!"

 

4. You show the note to Reldo and he says it looks with General Hazes hand writing. You ask about General Haze, but he says that only Sir Amik Vaze know more about him.

 

5. You head to White Knight Castle and talk to Sir Amik Vaze ( if you didnt complete Black Knights Fortress he wont say any of the following but instead say the usual stuff to start that quest). He states that Haze was his army buddy, ut he join the Black Knights. He said he doesnt know what hes up to but he does keep a diary in Black Knights Fortress.

 

6. In the room in the fort wite all the black knights and the table ( ground floor btw) search the book selves until you find the diary. (If you didnt start this quest and try to read it it only says that its some strange generals war diary, unimportant. ) Reading the diary it says that Haze plots to destroy Varrock and partnered up with the Vampire, Elvarg, Lady Kli, Wizard Gryrog, and The phinox/black arm gang leader (its the opposite of your gang)He says he must found the 4 elemental energy crytals to power his machine.

 

7. After speaking to Wizard Seridor about the crytals he states that they can destroied only by using the Anti-elemental crytal (charged). You must find the anti-elemental crytals

 

8. To get the Earth Crytal you must go to The Dwarven Mines the the room where the map piece is. Keep casting Earth stike/bolt/blast/wave at the Mysterious Wall. After 10 strikes or 7 bolts or 5 blasts or 2 waves the wall crumbles and inside is the Python Of Earth(level 50) Its weak to water attacks. After defeating it you get the Pythons Head. Using 2 Low Alchemys or 1 high alchamey on the head gets you the -antiearth crystal

 

9. To get the antiFire crytal you must go to Al-kadrid fishing area( LOL how many of you even knew there was one?). There the Scorpion will attack you no matter what level you are. If you run from it it casts bind on you. Defeat it and it drops the Mysterious Fire Talisman. Use it with the Fire Altar and a Flaming Bird appears(level 50) do the same as the earth python(same weakness too lol)to get that anticrytal.

 

10. For the air one Use an Air Rune With the gnome glider (anyone will do) You wil take of with the gnome pilot cursing at you (" Curse you ( your name here)!!!!" You will be hit by a Air Strike after about 3 seconds in Air and fall down As you are falling the Eagle of Winds appears(level40) and attacks you.(weakness, Earth) You have 1 mintues to kill it before you fall down to earth losing 5 health and having to do this over again. Every air spell you cast gives you an extra 5 seconds, but also deals 2 damage to yourself.Kill and you flot gentlely down to earth. Alcemy the head to get the Anti-Air crystal.

 

11. The Water one is the hardest. You must jump off of Karajima dock (not the fishing one the other one to the west of it) you appear underwater. Every 10 seconds you spend after 20 seconds costs you 3air and 3 water runes. You must walk around until you find the Krakens Lair. Fight the level 60 Kraken (weakness: air)to get its head and alhcemy it. If you run out of time underwater, you die, with your stuff. Youll see a cutscene with a dophin carring your stuff to the shore. When you go back to the dock all your stuffs there.

 

12. Cast 1 bolt spell on each of the crystals respectivly(earth bolt- earth anticrystal) to charge them. After doing so Seridor imedatly appears in front of you and gives you silverlight with a quick" youll need it" Walk about 5 paces and duke Horico teleports and gives you and anti0d shield also with a qucik" youll need it". After leacing Karajima the boat wont go to port Sarim but instead to a Mysterious island. There it is a multicombat zone and upon arriving the sailor reveals himself as a black knight kill him and you are attacked by 3 others you capture you.

 

13. you are thrown into jail. There there is a banker who allows you to bank you stuff and acsess you bank. Then you must deal a total of 20 damage to the bars in your cell to break out. You are attacked by 5 jail guards. Kill them. Then 3 Black nights, kill them also. You exit the jail and head to the boat. There Elvarg and Delrith appear and you must kill them both ( in a multicombat zone :shock: )

 

14. Take the boat and youl sail back to Port sarim. Talk to the with in withes potion and youll need to get the same items for the same potion, but this time get 2 burnt meats. Youll get a magic reduction potion and the witch will say youll need it to defeat Wizard Grayrog.

 

15. Walk to lumbridge and the priest will say the ghost wishes to talk to you (ghostspeak ammy time!) The ghost said that a dead phinox/black arm gang member( depends on you gang) told you that your gang needs you.

 

16. You rush over to varrock to find that enemy gang members stormed your gangs HQ.Kill all the enemy gang members (level 36) and get to your gang member who, with 3 others are fighting off the enemy gang. You leader say that the gang tried to stop the enemy gang from stealing the generator, which powers Gereal Hazes machine. He tells you that the machine is in the Other gangs hideout.

 

17. You storm the other gangs hideout with 3 of your gang members. You find a letter from count dranor tell Kathine/Staven to invite him in to help the Black Arm/Phinox gang(cough cough vampire ledgend) You char wonders if s/he invited him in, just then the vampire appears. Since you do no have the stake or hammer you must run. Get the Stake and hammer and enter the hideout again, this time kill the vampire. He drops a key to acsess the machines room.

 

18. In the room you must put the anti crystals in place of the regular crystals. Just as you put in the last one, Wizard Grayog (level 49)appears. He attacks you with a "what are you doing here?!?!" About halfway in he drinks the invincability potion, and his level jumps to 3 infinity signs. Use the Magic Reduction potion on Grayog and he will return to his normal staus while says "curses" He will use the other 3 doses, you must use the other 3 doses of your potion too. ( he hits normallly in invincability, but you only hit 0s) When he has 1HP left he teleports away to the other end of the room and casts fire stirke on the machine. "your too late, I lanuched the machine" The machine explodes "WHAT?!?!" Then you deal the last 1Hp and kill him.

 

19. Exit the room and General Haze appears(level 100). He attacks you for ruining his plan. At this point you can either die, run, teleporrt or kill him. If you die you lose ALL your stuff( its like your auto-skulled) if you run he will chase you so that doesnt do much, you cant exit the hideout, the mian dors locked. If you teleport you can only teleport to the front door of the hideout, If you kill him he drops Full Haze Armor ( looks like Black trimmed, but instead f being trimmed black, its trimmed dark )white, leather gloves, leather boots, black cape, Power Ammy, a key, and about 20k.

 

20. Exit the hideout using the key and talk to the armegetton preacher( yes he reappears) he says that he was following orders. He continues saying what he always has been saying because General Haze is dead so he cant get orders to stop(poor guy, he'll be yelling "the end is near!!!" for the rest of his life)Then you compete the quest, recieving 10k exp to all your combat skills. You also have the ability to enter the other clans HQ, and you can cast Antielemental bolts/blasts/waves ( its just the same as the regular bolts and blasts and waves.with the possiblilt of 2 extra damge. its symbol is the regular symbol with a bit of black on it. When you cast it you are shrouded in black mist and cast the ordinary bolt/blast/wave.. its like ancient Magicks though, you have it set to either the ordeinary or the anti spells. Talk to Wizard Seridor to switch between them. Youll need the regular spells to reenter the elemental areas for fun or training, although you wont get the cryastals if you alhcemy the heads, just 1gp.

i like the idea but the reward is rubbish, 10k to the skills for all that time and all the stuff killed and black (t) worth (well prices would fall cause of this) about 200k

good thinking but its kinda chaotic and parts dont match up with each other. i doubt jagex wil ltake it tho if they did it would be amazing to get all those new things.

 

u still should send it to them maybe theyll get the idea that f2p needs a quest and maybe use the ideas

Hard to fit it all into 200charecters, lol. I decided to make the Haze Armor instead od Black t. Of course it would be untradeable. See original post.

idea is great, quest is cool, a for the afford. but there will be no more f2p quests. so make it p2p and bingo

I guess, I just am finished with all the f2p quest so im a little boried and dont wanna pay for member until i get my skills up a little. If jagex wants this members, they can make it members quite easily.
