When I signed up for my 1st account (around 2002), I was 8 years old and the under 13 thing wasnt applied. I'm nearly 13 and I'm still playing the game. I think the 13 year old rule is quite ridiculous, in many games which content are appropriate for all ages(like RS) require you to be at least 13.

 

 

 

approprite today is way different than 30 years ago when the blokes and jagex were being raised. (like kissing on tv 40 years ago was innapropriate) (try watching mtv w/ your parents :shock: )

Yeah i have to agree some, but im still peeved by that fact that people dont adhere to the 13+ rule. IF YOUR NOT 13 OR OLDER DONT JOIN THE GAME. thats the rule if you dont like too bad wait a few years and then play.

 

 

 

I dont know how old you are so i wont pin this on you but if everyone said the 13+ rule was important you sirs are hypocrites. Nobody waits until they're 16 to play halo or half life. Dont tell us tell their parents.

 

 

 

Besides, runescape doesnt need more adult content because it would make my dial up connection run slowly. Little details like that such as blood or otherwise (dont quite know what you mean by "adult") would probably make me lag out.

 

Besides there are already some quests that contain some slightly disgusting or flatout disturbing situations which I think set the balance perfectly.

 

 

 

RS could probably do with other updates that actually improve it, like new skills. Fun comes before content in any situation rite? :

Man I like this idea. For the fact that this person will complain on the official fourms and we can tick her off again.

 

 

 

To anyone who was there and doesn't remember it. She was ranting about "A Sole's Bane" to use her words. In otherwords the quest A Souls Bane. Her son had nightmares from the Room Of Fear. Man we flamed her to hell. To add the icing to the cake she called use all Heartless Jerks. Looks like she became one too. MInd you that whole thread was Flame Bait.
