craigevil
Just curious if anyone has tried the RSToolbar extension for Firefox. It looks pretty nice, but I am a little leary about password issues. If anyone has used it or knows how to go through the source code to check that there is nothing fishy in it let me know. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2946/ If posting this is against the rules I apologize and ask that it be deleted. Diminished2b
Lol, I don't think it's going to steal your password but it's definitely associated with pooware. Read the reviews. Also.. Please note: The toolbar collects anonymous usage data but it DOES NOT spy on your browsing habits. Please see our privacy policy here:
Mercifull
Its bloatware. A bunch of useless features and missing some key ones which would be very useful in a toolbar. Vape
/me throws up. Effectivebrand is the bane of addons.mozilla.org I don't see why a Firefox toolbar needs cookie, history, cache or other privacy management features, or a popup blocker, or a google search box, since they are all built in to Firefox. Weather conditions and forecast belongs in Forecastfox (another extension.) So basically.. it's just a glorified bookmarks toolbar. Where the bloody hell are you? Aprz
I was intrested in that too and tried it out. I tis basicly a bunch of book marks to popular fan sites and the worlds and nothing more than that. You are better off right clicking the world and saving the link or however it goes to bookmark links lol (I forget).
Mercifull
On closer inspection he didnt even make it himself, just used a toolbar generator. Rubbish, I could do better.
