impression. well the first thing i noticed was the first page obviously. and the front page is real boring. add some stuff to make it less blank. all you got is two pictures and some links.

If you want a cheap professional site, set up a php portal on your site.

yea its a bit boring. There isnt a lot of text space either.

You should have your page a minimum of 779 pixels wide (100% of the width for all resolutions is best of course). And it doesn't really look like a website layout, it looks more like 2 pictures to me.
