In a "better late than never" move, here are pics of the Menagerie (level 37) habitats. The pictures are lined up to show the two "features" of the scenery (cannot interact with them), as well as the location of the summoning obelisk if you choose to build it:

 

Level 37 Garden habitat (large tree stump, mushrooms)

Level 47 Jungle habitat (boring rock, skinny tree, tall grass - this habitat is not popular)

Level 67 Polar habitat (cute igloo, pine tree that is snowed in on one side, snow)

 

Level 77 Volcanic habitat (volcano, dead tree, lava flow on ground)

Level 37 Oak (4 oak planks each) - plain, serves up to 3 pets

 

 

Level 52 Teak (4 teak planks each, plus existing oak item) - red features, serves up to 6 pets

 

 

Level 67 Mahogany (4 mahogany planks each, plus 1 gold leaf for feeder, plus existing teak item) - gold trim, serves up to 10 pets

 

 

 

There are no higher level feeders. However, level 92 construction offers the chance to build three unusual houses:

 

Level 92 Desecrated Pet House (4 mahogany planks, plus 1 magic stone, plus existing mahogany item)

 

Level 92 Consecrated Pet House (4 mahogany planks, plus 1 magic stone, plus existing mahogany item)
