Certain teleports require certain types of furniture, check here: http://tip.it/runescape/construction_table.php?table=Study You should be looking at the lecturns. The different teleports need different lecturns but your main Concern is any 'eagle' lecturn (NOT a Demon lecturn, VERY big difference). For Lumbridge you need an Eagle Lecturn (made from oak, which is built in study), requires 47 con (44 if you use crystal saw, 42 if you use Butler to make you a +2 con tea. +3 con will not be possible at your level.) They are too expensive and/or too much of a hassle to use as daily random transport but are fantastic for any sort of emergency or inventory space issue.
