- I don't mind to use trouts/salmons to train..

 

 

 

But enemies may not be abble to dmg me to much ..

Yeah mate zombies in wild on f3p are safe as, they constant attack you.. its awsome i trained there as a newb... lol although im not saying your a newb its just a convenient spot for your pure =)

You could also try fleshcrawlers in the Stronghold of Security. My friend trains his 1 def pure there as well. Heard it's good exp, not they don't deal much damage.
