September 11, 200619 yr I heard zombies are good to train at. My 1 def pure friend also said fleshcrawlers were good to train on as well. They don't do much damage and have decent hp.
September 11, 200619 yr Depends if your training your defence or attack/strength train on monsters like goblins for defense because you can kill them easy and they don't do much damage for attack/strength I would train on thieves, zombies or skeletons, you can find all of those in Varrock rule the seas is a cool mmorpg register through here: http://www.ruletheseas.com/index.php?r=50338
