for PvP get Verac's, it hits through armour, so unless they're pures, veracs is better.

First of all, get 99 fishing, don't stop at 97 :shock:, that should be enough money for 69 construction, then you can woodcut, or merchant (i can't give you advice on merchanting), to get the money for 99 prayer, use the gilded altar, dont Ecto.

You could try training on Moss giants or hobgoblins, or PC If you want to get your range level up, kill Moss giants in varrock sewers or near the fishing guild. As for the money, you can runecraft nats
