take 1-2pray pots, protect from magic and range it, i killed it that way, you dont need safespots

just bring runes for 150 (you wont use them all though) fire blasts and 3 pray pots to kill kolodion to unlock the spell take 200 bloods and the other runes you need depending on what spell you choose and about 5 pray pots, youll need them alot because each mage can hit 20s

lumbridge or crafting guild cows, barbarians in barbarian village, you can use the rocks or tables as safespots, dark knight's fortress guards from above ice mountain (cant pick up arrows from there though), hobogoblins in hobogoblin peninsula (you can use the water as a safespot), or the goblins in goblin village.

kinda hard puzzle, took me 3 hours to finish it...

i did that quest at level 44, and if i remember correctly i had full addy and 19 pizzas, i think you can do it

i beat that quest with melee at level 62 i think

i'd say varrock, tho when i read that post on forums there was one that said "doric's house"
