Personally I'd just suggest the zombie graveyard north of varrock in wilderness lvl 18-22. Past that if you're a member with good defense then the area that requires the ring of visibility with those skeletons. Or, if you're just going for autocasting crumble undead to train with then go for anywhere with any metal of body (or dharok body), rany metal of legs (or dharok legs), archer helm (or guthan helm), rune boots, your pic of vambs, guthix mace (think it autocasts crumble undead), and an obsidian, crystal, or rune shield. That way you will always fail/miss your targets and don't need to change targets.

Generally speaking, the fastest way to raise magic is to cast the highest level spells that you can.

 

 

 

But that's also the most expensive way.

 

How much money are you willing to spend?

 

What is you RC level?

 

Are you P2P of F2P?

 

 

 

The most cost effective way is probably to cast failed Curses.

 

If you have some money, then casting Crumble Undead is good.

The average exp that you get is just "Exp gained" plus "max hit"

Personally, I like the mage arena, you can also start working on being able to buy the mage clothes (name escapes me a.tm.) And It only uses cosmics at first =)

Casting curse isn't a bad idea. Bodys are cheap. Just wield a water/earth staff, have the water/earth runes. Put on some armour with a nice negative magic attack bonus and find somewhere to repeatdly cast the spell.

its not too hard. grab ur gear ( use the fire strike cuz its really cheap for minds) then go to hobs next to craftin guild. kill em til u get ur desired mage lvl. its not hard.
