Locked threads can be reported?

I was just wondering why the following statement is true:

When a topic is locked and hasn't previously been reported, it can still be reported.

I clicked on the link and it took me to the reporting box. Is this supposed to be there? It doesn't seem logical...

I didnt really bother scripting an "error checking" against locked topics as I figured people would have the common sense enough to realize they didnt need to report them, should have I just assumed the whole community was morons? :P

If it's software going into the real world, Yes.

I hate to say it, Albosky, but Cruiser is right. Unless you wish to be spammed until a thread is unlocked because you upset a mob of people.

Just my funny $1.00 on the matter.
