For me:

 

 

 

85-91 Ranged

 

20-25k xp per hour

 

Using mithril arrows

 

Training at varrock moss giants.

 

 

 

82 Hitpoints.

 

5-6k xp per hour, ranging.

 

 

 

Fishing is 50k xp + power fishing at barb village.

 

Mining is 35k xp powermining in Alkahid

80 Strength: 40 - 50k exp per hour training at the hobgoblin mines, using a rune scimitar.

magic: highalch 65k exp / hour,

 

runecrafting: world 16 air crafters 25k exp / hour

I get 40 - 50k exp per hour training at the hobgoblin mines, using a rune scimitar with 80 strength. HP is 1/4 of 40 - 50k, which is 10 to 12.5k.

15-25k in the secruity stronghold on ankous

I think i got about 30k to 35k xp an hour for Attack, Strength and Defence at the stronghold security cave training on spiders in lvl 3. I used lobsters and was 90+ combat

 

 

 

Fishing is 50k xp maybe a bit more power fishing at barb village.
