Since you are combat lvl 110 or so, you should not have a problem to get it eventually. There is the above mentioned guide, some video's and our forum regular Muggi is a (self-proclaimed? :P ) expert on the matter.

I heard even lvl 60's have one, so you should definately be able to get it. Take the right supplies, weapons and armour (provided in the guides), fail at least once :-w (Switching prayers on Jad takes some practise I heard) and you should be able to get it. You sure have the stats to back you up.
