I heard about god spells and in this one barrows video, i saw the creator talking about some stuff you have to do to obtain charge(not the 100 casts in arena for god spell).

At lvl 80 magic you can cast a spell called "Charge", which raises the god spells max hit to 30 for a few minutes.

Yes I know, but you don't have to do 100 arena kills or any requirements before you do charge?

I'm not sure what you mean. But YES you do need to complete the areana minigame and use the 100 casts even if you cast charge at level 80. At level 80 you can cast charge but you wont be able to cast the god spell..>So its useless.

You can cast charge once you hit 80 magic(or lower if potted) No need to learn charge inside the arena.
