Well i know drop trades are against the rules but is it possible to drop trade it?

Nope. Could only get from 2002 (?) Halloween, or one Halloween. I forget

Drop trading never works with untradeable objects. Untradeable means not just mean not able to trade through trade screen, it includes all methods of transferring items between players.
