What? uh... im F2P, but i never ever heard of ground unicorn horns... as har as i know unicorns dont even drop their horns... Id like to know that too...

You get a pestal and mortar from an herblore shop and use it on the horn.

Use a unicorn horn with a mortar and pestle (which can be bought from the herblore shop in taverly)

 

 

 

And elphinstone, unicorns only drop horns in p2p. I feel your pain :(
