How do I fix page 3?

 

The quest guide says swamp paste. I got some tar from the swamps S on Lumby and mixed with flour. It now says raw swamp paste. I tried to cook it on range and in furnace, but nothing.

 

What now?

I used the swamp paste from Port Khazard, worked ok for me. Well it did was it was supposed to do.

Well I used the raw paste on a cookfire and got the desired results.
