Granite is faster xp but zero cash or smithing xp.

 

Iron is the fastest bankable xp but is slower than granite.

 

 

 

 

 

If you can buy 99 smithing, mine granite.

 

If you can't, mine iron in Yanille (members) or Al Kharid (f2p).

 

 

 

 

 

Yanille is the best for members but I am not sure about f2p.

if i were you id do iron with a runner, cause you wont one hit granite too often and at your lvl youll one hit iron 100%

Do you 1 hit granite often at lv 85 or above mining?

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
