Farming help please?

I just started farmining and all , but i've came across tree's now i've read from some guides that checking health for them is better experience but how often do you get that option? Is it a one time thing or can you keep doing it over and over. So can someone tell me if you can keep using the check health of tree and if so how often it happens. I'm not sure if has been posted somewhere here before so if the answer has i'm sorry to waste your time

for trees its a one time thing per tree

It's one time experience. Once your tree is fully grown, you check it's health to see if it's healthy. Afterwards, you can chop it (pick it for fruit trees) or chop it down.

Alright thanks and do the fruits grow back on the tree?

Yes fruits grow back, you will keep getting exp (though very small) for picking them. I don't know respawn times.
