September 23, 200619 yr Could someone please post their experience rates per hour using dragon bones with both the methods mentioned in topic? I'm just wondering which one should I use... if I can save more than 1 mill per hour using Ectofuntus, I'll definitely be using it instead of my new gilded altar.
September 23, 200619 yr I would've asked it before building a guilded altar :P ... Anyway, ectoign is a lot slower, but gives more xp per bone. ALtar is (naturally faster). So it all depends on your budget. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

September 24, 200619 yr Author Still looking for help... If I'd buy all the dragon bones for 99 prayer, ectoing would save about 17 mills coins. However, I think 1 saved hour means 1 million coins. So, if I can save 17 hours with gilded altar, that would be better than ectoing. All I need is exp rates per hour now.

September 24, 200619 yr Personally I prefer guilded altar, it requires more bones but I hate ectoing so I don't mind. But if you want maximum exp, ecto's the way. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
September 24, 200619 yr Gilded altar is WAYYYYY faster. Tele to your house. Use bones with the altar. Duel ring to c wars bank. Repeat.
