Though so, I used to train with her about 1.5 to 2 years ago on Crandor.

hmmm i higher ranked rs player that still plays rs, wow big deal? They didn't get those skills to be bothered they are just another player. If you tried hard i bet you could get those skills also. They are just trying to train in privacy without being bothered about their stats.
