I saw someone buying it for 1.3 mil, I asked her why it was such an expensive item, and she says you can high alch it for 1.6 mil. Is this real?

Lies and she's a scammer.

 

 

 

General stores in P2P sell them for like 30gp, and their high alching price is probablly no more than 100gp.
