I got 1.9k essence to burn and I'm too lazy to do fires. there are tons of people. its usually pretty crowded, over 1k users. but, its 25 noted ess back and 2k gp or whatever your paying the runner. so it is kinda costly unless if you have a high rc level. there's a guide in "archive of wisdom" called "so you wanna be a world 16 air runner" and it says everything about being an air runner. im just too lazy to post the link. :D Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

Less than half an hour, as long as you play during sociable hours. I burnt through 17k ess in 4 hours work it out from that. 89/99 farming
