Yea, I'v been barraged on my lvl 79 in wild, got 63 mage, got hit every time. On my 98 I have pked full ahirms when I didnt evan bring hides. I took off rune and many tangles failed. Yea he was using regular magic, but that shouldnt matter, if u have the magic lvl snare, tangle, ice blitz, barrage it will have same chance on hitting, depends on his magic level, believe it was 92, and my defence and magic level, I have 90 mage and many tangles splashed, enabling me to get close to dds spec him :P Free Ahrims and a buncha runes please :D

I totaly utterly disagree with what you said about the wilderness. <.<

All the queries sent in about skills other than defense helping (range, agility, magic) have been responded to with a big no that I've seen.

Its just defense and the things that you wear that matter.

Taken from the KB:

Magic defence depends on your magic skill level, defence level and the magic equipment you are wearing.

The higher your skill levels and magic bonus, the less likely you are to get hit. You will also receive less damage from a spell.

So yeah, mage level does help your magic defense. Ever since I alched 5k yew longs a few weeks ago and gained 3 magic levels, I have noticed that Ahrim in barrows has started hitting me less - no, I have made no change in my equipment.

Purely psychological, and probably coincidental as well. 3 magic levels is not going to be anywhere near noticable when one is registering how well they can defend- so any lucky sprees you had you blamed on those 3 levels. Now, if you had gained say, 20 levels I may agree, but 3? Lol.

Besides, Ahrim is way too spontaneous for that kind of test -.- . I mean, one fight he hits nonstop 0s, the next you can't go 2 hits without getting hit for 15+ :ohnoes: .

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Let me repeat that: THERE ARE NO RULES. Not a single one. Any bonds between players will be broken--people are encouraged to backstab each other, player jump, and pray on those going to the KBD or the Abyss. If you don't like it, then don't enter; Jagex isn't going to save you now...

=D>

This is the first time I've actually seen this posted on any forums, mostly all I see is people posting to make guilds enforcing those wilderness "rules".
