I like it! But how about you just click on your settings page and it shows up? It would be just as hard to look up timezones on the internet as it would be to hunt down some NPC that knows it, in case you're somewhere where there are no NPCs (like wilderness).

good idea, but its been suggested ang jagex has no plans to add it (i think they could add a small digital clock to the top right corner of the HUD (befor the mini map)

I don't know about the logistics of a runescape time; but a sundial would be a pretty cool item for a player house garden.
