Ok, to straighten this out.

 

 

 

World 9 USED to be Tip.It's P2P world but it is no longer. I think it was too busy for our home world with merchants etc.

 

 

 

World 99 is NOW Tip.It's P2P homeworld. You're almost guaranteed to run into a Tip.It'er at World 99 Edgeville.
