In world 99 you can get laws, all you have to do is take 28 pure essence to the law altar. There will be a lot of runecrafters in green clothes. Just trade with them and they give you 28 laws in return for your 28 pure essence!!!! This is a good opportunity for low skilled members (except for mining lvl 30 ;))who want to make a fair amount of money! (Note: the law altar lies on entrana, you take the boat in port sarim and it takes you to the island) This law service is available 24/24hours 7days/7days. The reason that i am calling this "free" xp is the fact that you don't have to do any work other than to trade and to click on the altar. You do not need to actually bring your own ess to the altar and you save an invaluable amount of time by not having to bank. This is the reason that air runners ask for either 2k or 125 airs in addition to the 25 ess for 25 unnoted ess. You are basically paying the extra 27 ess for not having to bank so that you can achieve your RC goal faster. Z0mg look im so kool even mods tok to me. transcript80 Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 If you need laws FAST and don't want to buy, goto w99. Because w66 is crowded and you have to wait ages to be traded. All the people who don't have access to the law altar just stand there spamming "law me!!one!eleven!!1OMG this takes forever!" Sad thing is: they are right. If you don't have a friend who can trade you, you might be stuck there for like 10 mins! So: for speed goto w99! Especially on peak hours. Just a little gimmick I use: I can craft laws, have tiara but no gp. So I run laws, go in the altar (speeds up trading possibilities GREATLY!) trade 27 essence for 27 laws and 27 noted essence, empty my big pouch I brought in my remaining open inventory slot and craft 9 extra laws. Rub glory to Draynor, rinse repeat. Not great for rc levels, great for law running was you get 36 laws for 9 essece basically in one run! Of course this works better if you can use the huge pouch, but I can't for the coming 21 levels.... Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
