The clue says 08 degress 26 minutes south, 10 degress, 28 minutes east, but thats in the kharazi jungle, and i think only way to get in is by doing the legends quest, is there any way to get in there?!?!?!?!?

no u need to DO the legends quest. this is what makes lvl 3 clues so hard. if ur nowhere near the requirments for legends then you should just drop it.

Neve pick up lv 3's if you haven't done legends or it's gonna be really frustrating

Well the good news is that you don't have to complete the Legends Quest just start it.
