Maybe new lumby bank to range at bottom level ?

I'd say Edgeville or Al Kharid has the closest range.

It's much easier to Cook when people make fires right outside the Bank.

 

The best place for this was World 1 Edgeville because tons of very high-level'd players raise Cooking there.

 

 

 

There's also a Range West of the Bank but it's annoying to get into because of the fence.
