I have a question about the charges for the black mask. How does it work exactly? I have sold all the black mask drops that I got but I bought a black mask without a charge really cheap. Are the charges actually worth it?

I don't see why people pay so much just for charges. They just lower your opponent's defence by something like 3-10 levels 10 times. How is that worth 100k? Just buy curse runes..
