Along with the treasury room, i propose some new very interesting construction rooms

 

 

 

The Agility Room.

 

 

 

Players would be able to design they're own agility course, with 4 hot spots each with 5 different options making many possible combinations!

 

You MAY NOT use the agility room unless all 5 hot spots are filled. The agility experience gained is dependent on the obstacles, but it is

 

 

 

 

 

Details:

 

The room requires 65 construction to build

 

you can only build obstacles that are within your own agility level.

 

The room will also sport the option of a brand new addition to construction. Wallpaper.

 

 

 

Wallpaper: Talk to the herald in fally to aquire for 20k the..

 

 

 

Wilderness Wallpaper (shows a desolate area of the wilderness around your room)

 

 

 

Karamja Wallpaper (shows the karamjan jungle)

 

 

 

Mort Myre wall paper (shows the mort myre swamp)

 

 

 

Al Kahrid wall paper (shows the sands of the desert)

4th Hotspot

 

(65 Con, 55 Agility) Swing Axe Dodge-20 Steel bars, 1 rope

 

(70 Con, 60 Agility) 1 Magic Stone, Tinderbox in inventory

 

(70 Con, 65 Agility) Broken Boardwalk-3 Oak planks, 100k For alligators

 

(75 Con, 75 Agility) Walk of death (involves 6 walls to climb)-1 marble block, 5 limestone blocks, 150k for hellhounds

 

(85 Con, 80 Agility) Boulder Scramble- (Player runs away from a boulder coming at him) 250k for boulder ordering-Talk to material dwarf in keldagrim

 

 

 

Well tahts it, anyone can use any of the obstacles but higher agility will defiently make the higher lvl ones easier. By completing the cousre 50 times, talk to the guy for the brimhaven dungeon and he will give you agility exp depending on the obstacles. Haven't worked how much out though.

 

 

 

The Fishing Room

 

Requires lvl 55 to build

 

110k to Build

 

3 hot spots

 

 

 

Hotspot 1:

 

(lvl 55 Con, 40 Fishing) Pond (required to enter room, catches fish to lvl 40

 

(lvl 57 Con, 60 Fishing) Intermediate Pond (catches fish to lvl 60)

 

(lvl 60 Con, 80 Fishing) Advaned Pond (cathches fish to lvl 80)

 

(lvl 65 Con, 80 Fishing) Advanced Pond + lava pool (same, except able to catch lava eel and new fish, lava bass)

 

 

 

Materials:

 

1: 3 limestone bricks

 

2: 5 limestone bricks, spade

 

3: 10 limestone bricks, spade

 

4: 15 limestone bricks, marble block

 

 

 

To put fish in requires a small process. talk to the owern of the catherby fishing store where you get the pet fish. Ask about putting fish in a pond and he says you have to get the eggs of the fish. To get any of the eggs for the first pond, go to ned in draynor and he says he's kept a few around in his sailing days and he'll ask which one you want and he'll get them for u for 1k each. The intermediate pool talk to the witchhaven fishing store owner and he'll give them to you for 2k ea. The final one is gotten by the new NPC the fishing master, for 10k ea. You can get every fish except monkfish, and the way to get lava eels and bass is if you've done heroes. The exp recieved from fishing a certain fish is halved however and you cannot take the fish out of your house. By catching a fish, you recieve a certain number of points based on the fish you've caught. Lower fishes are lower points and higher fish are higher points and medium are medium. You can trade in your points to the fishing master in the fishing guild or to the guy in the fishing store in port sarim for different prizes. The fishing master has better tahn the port sarim guy.

 

 

 

100 Points: 250 Feathers, 50 bait and a harpoon

 

125 Points: 20 Fishing potions

 

200 Points: Fishing Token, Allows 3 teleports to karamja, fishing guild or catherby

 

-----Fishing Master----

 

400 Points: Master Lure, takes the place of 1k feathers and bait, fishes faster than normal feathers

 

700 Points: Crystal Fishing Rod: gives +4 Fishing, able to use on any fishing spot (cage, harpoon, net, rod or fly rod)

i like i think jagex should add more skilling rooms for it such as a fishing pond/pool and respawning trees to cut....

 

 

 

this would be anice addition. Only u can't bring anything u get outside of the house, along with the experience being a little less since the competition is slim to none.

whoops, forgot to mention that specific detail. You're butler can't go into the room, and you can't leave the room with fish in your inventory. It's not to easy in that it gives HALF THE EXP.
