I need to get the battered book for mourning ends part 2. I've tried seaching the bookcase for elemental workshop but it says slashed book. I think they changed it since the new quest.

Isn't the battered book now where you start Elemental Workshop II in the Exam Center? Or maybe you can try the slashed book since it's been changed.

I am sure battered book and slashed book are the the same.

It's not the BEATEN BOOK from elemental workshop 2 and when I have the SLASHED BOOK in invo it isn't crossed off in list.

Isn't it in the place in Seers? You know.. THAT place.

just drop the slashed book, then look in the bookcase to get another one, butr it should be called the "battered book", i think :-k

If that doesn't work, I'd send in a query to Jagex, might not have remembered that the name of the book was important.

correct me if im wrong.. but if you have a POH with a bookcase it should contain all the books from quests you have picked up...try looking there

you're right you know, I went on the runescape forums, there were a few other having the same problem but some figured it out.
