icecube
Smithing: you could try iron bars (ring of forging) and make iron knives and sell or use them. Steel bars for cannonballs but I think that's slow. Or mine/buy a lot of gold ore and smelt them using the guantlets from the Family Crest quest. Herblore: you could just make like prayer potions or something. I'm not too great with that. Don't forget you can use Greenman's ale to boost your herblore +1 from 56. Crafting: buy a lot of cowhides and craft coifs but it's relatively expensive. Molten glass and unpowered orbs are another way to go. You can also then use the orbs to make battlestaves to high alch. And if all else fails, you can fall back on flax spinning :XD: .
bacab
For devious minds, mine gold using the Bordanzan Mines uncovered during Between A Rock. Bring along a Ring of Charos (a). Mine alot of gold. I'm mining 2k gold and it'll bring me from 59 smithing to 63 when I make the bars. Use gold smithing gauntlets when you make bars. It should also get you some crafting xp. Also, don't be afraid to try using Evil Dave Stews. For Herblore, buy irits 1k ea. You only need to get 56 herblore and have a greenman's ale in your bank. Eye of newts are easy to buy in Port Sarim and bank in Draynor. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things. Plod2
I'll start with the hardest first; smiting. I don't really know what to do with millions of gold bars, maybe I could use them to get my crafting up. transcript80
For (random) stat boosting: evil stew. For a guaranteeds +2 in smithing, I used the mature dwarven stout that you got as a reward from thr drunken dwarf quest. Also, remember that a regular stout gives +1 smithing. You could also apply for a job in a smithing corp. I saves time buying/mining ores, you get free xp and a smaal amount of gp per bar that you smelt. It's not very profitable, but it gets you there. Herblore: choas druid have goo herb drops (reminder: they are in low level wilderness!) and most seconds are not very hard to obtain. (eyes of newt!) For "free xp", pick up the low level herbs other people drop, it's not much but it helps! I'm a fan of silver crafting/tiara making. This is also good for you, becouse it also raises your smithing if toy get your own ores (crafting guild, scorpion mine in Al-Kharid). Good luck! 227QP FTW!!
