DOES ANYONE have this problem happened to them and resolved it already, I sent a complaint, how long till jagex answers me? and answers all of us that have NO IDEA WHY WE HAVE BEEN BANNED WITHOUT A BAN APPEAL THAT WE RIGHTFULY DESERVE? Anyone resolved this issue with JageX yet, if do help the others out , PLEASE.

October 11, 200619 yr Author i don't appericate stupid remarks to really big issues. either there was a unfair, werid massive ban of players today or there is a mistake, but since a lot of us don't know why this happened and aren't being offered appeals we are confused and i'd appericate help instead of remarks that won't get me anymore right now

In my offence history i have red flag, with no offences or anything, with "You have been perm banned!" But this is stupid, because when your accoutn gets permed your highscores go. Well if you look into Seanthorn my stats are still their. Runescape is just going mental and bannign anyone they see who says ****** (Not that i did do that)

October 11, 200619 yr Hang on everyone! Don't blame Jagex just yet. They may be trying to fix it. Why would Jagex be trying to bann people for no reason whatsoever. Jagex wouldn't do this. I think there is some glitches on the game but I'm also sure that Jagex is trying their best to fix it. There has also been some Technical Difficulties on the website for the past few days. They were trying to fix it. I'm sure thats whats wrong. The main thing to do right now is not to worry. But to just wait and see what happens and try and send another report to Jagex about this. I'm sure that other players are experiencing this difficultie and they have also reported it. Just think how many players a day play RuneScape and how many reports they woul have had by now. They are probaly busy taking a look at all of them. I suggest you try to log in everyday for a week. If you account still hasn't been opened then you should definitely send in a report to Jagex about this. -Skenderbeu Hope you all get your Accounts back!

Ive been perm. muted and perm. banned from the forums yet i can still play the game. and for what...NOTHING! i checked my messages...nothing, i looked in the ban/appeal thingy and nothinging there but a message saying you have been perm.muted. all i have too say is: WTF JAGEX?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! i emailed them yesterday afternoon and i got no reply! thought id just have my rant/say lol Bigboyscoop..Taking Over Runescape...1 Noob At A Time!!!
October 12, 200619 yr If you are having problems with your account and cannot see a reason for a ban, or cannot use the 'Appeal an Offence' link, then you should submit a message to Customer Support. We will review each account on a case by case basis. We will never discuss the details of an account on a public Forum. Any thread discussing the status of a player's account will be locked.
