I think we're trying to weed out leakers, spies and pures. I just know they recently reclosed applications after opening them for a week. I believe we're reopening around November 1st. Also, you need 2 refferals from 2 Heart Unit members or 1 staff refferal to get into Heart Unit in case you didn't know.
