Last time I did try to sell I got offers of 198M+. I checked today and all the threads on the RS forums said the price crashed. Apparently they are back to 180M+. Can anyone confirm this? This might be because of the level 99 skill capes that are going to come out. People might be selling off rares to get cash for level 99 skills. That's very true but I'm more talking about the individual price of a green party hat vs the other party hats.
