Skill_Caster
After I finish up my herblore and smthing goal for legends, I need to tackle agility. I need to get 300 tickets according to the tip.it skill calc. About how long will it take me to get that many?
Intriguing
Don't use Brimhaven. It's too frustrating [for me anyway]. Use the highest other course that you can [barbarian, I think it is for you]. Cool.
Skill_Caster
Ok, I completly HATE that place, so, if that's the better, place, I am there!
Peronix
Heh. I was in a similar situation as you were. I tried the brimhaven areana, but I went to barbarian course and found it MUCH faster, because I failed much less often. Heck I trained all the way up to 50 agility there and then went to wildy. I had a similar experience-- I went to Brimhaven once and then decided to do Barbarian until I could go out to the Wildy course. At 63 agility now I switch between the Pyramid and Ape Atoll-- the former I have a steady rhythm with few failures; Ape Atoll-- well, I don't do as well. I left the Wildy course behind for the most part because I couldn't stay that long and I grew a bit tired of it. Some stuff to look forward to. xbiggsx
exactly 4 hours and 1 minute if you dont miss one single ticket. however that is very unlikly and we also have to include food restocking ect. il guess 6-8 hours of brim haven training if your agi lvl is already 40+
aoe325
Skill caster, u have a choice : 1 : Use brihaven, a bit slower but can be fun (i looove it) 2 : Use barbarian place and drive yourself insane. . . faster. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
jjdevine
contrary to what most people here are saying, brimhaven is far and away the best place to train agility. Provided you try to get back to the middle platform each time and conserve energy where u can, you should rarely miss a ticket. Up until you are about level 50 agility you may miss a few due to failing obstacles, however no more than 4 or 5 per 100. Once you are in the low 50s for agility level, you should not miss more than 1 or 2 per 100 at most. Of course if you prefer mindless repetitive boredom, use one of the round and round and round agility courses. Brimhaven agility arena is one of the few mentally challenging areas of runescape, requiring quick strategic thinking. I suppose this is probably why the majority of players dont like it. Skill_Caster
It's not that it's mentally challenging (I hate it because I'm currently just 37 and I fail alot, but once I hit 40 it shouldn't be a problem), it's that I want to finish skilling soon so I can finish Legends. Thanks for the help everyone!
Juanflores
when i was 40 agilty i went to aglity arena and in roughly 1 day's time i got enough tickets for 53 agilty it should'nt take that long since your only going for 50 it is hard if your lower agilty but it gets alot easier once you get it up barrows drops-my first ahrims top

Well look at it this way. The fastest that you can possibly get tickets at Brimhaven is 1 ticket/ minute. The most xp you can possible get for 1 ticket is 320 xp if you save up 1000 tickets. At the wilderness course, 1 full lap gets you 571.5xp. You can fail 4 or 5 obstacles and still complete 1 lap in 1 minute. Although there are a pk'ers every now and then, there won't be enough to slow down your training a significant amount. So, the absolute best xp that you can get from the agility arena is 320xp/minute. The absolute worst xp that you can get from the wilderness course is 571.5xp/minute. Z0mg look im so kool even mods tok to me.

lordfan21
Well, you'll get an average of 25 xp per obstacle you pass. It really shouldn't take more than 10 obstacles to get from the middle to the pillar and back. If you succeed to get every single ticket then you probably have a fairly high agility level and you will be able to get around 600xp per minute. But then you will also be able to complete a lap in the wilderness in about 40-45 seconds netting over 750xp per minute. The fact is no matter how you break it down, the agility arena is not the fastest way to get agility xp. Z0mg look im so kool even mods tok to me.
